1. Service Overview

GTA Payday Loans is a referral and information service, not a direct lender. We connect borrowers in the Greater Toronto Area with licensed payday lenders and other financial service providers. We do not make loan decisions, set interest rates, or extend credit ourselves. Our role is to provide information, match you with potential lenders, and facilitate introductions.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you are seeking information about payday loans and related financial products available to Ontario residents, and that you may be referred to third-party lenders for further evaluation and credit decisions.

2. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information

To use our referral service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a resident of the Greater Toronto Area or Ontario
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in any forms or applications
• Have a valid email address and phone number

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in your referral being rejected, delayed, or terminated. You agree not to submit information on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

3. No Guarantee of Approval or Funding

GTA Payday Loans makes no guarantee that you will be approved for a loan, receive funding, or be matched with a lender. While we work with lenders who welcome all credit situations, final approval and loan terms are determined solely by the lender you are referred to. Factors such as income verification, employment status, and the lender's underwriting criteria may affect your eligibility.

Lenders may decline your application, offer different terms than you expect, or require additional documentation. Any loan agreement you enter into is between you and the lender, not GTA Payday Loans.

4. Your Referral and Third-Party Lenders

When you submit your information through our website, we may share it with one or more licensed payday lenders or financial service providers. By proceeding, you consent to this sharing and to being contacted by these lenders via phone, email, or text message at the contact details you provide.

Once you are referred to a lender, that lender's terms of service, privacy policy, and lending practices apply to your relationship with them. GTA Payday Loans is not responsible for the lender's conduct, loan terms, fees, interest rates, or customer service. We recommend you review the lender's terms and conditions before accepting any loan offer.

You may receive multiple referrals or loan offers. You are free to accept or decline any offer. Accepting a referral does not obligate you to borrow.

5. Fees and Compensation

GTA Payday Loans does not charge you a fee for our referral service. We are compensated by lenders when they receive a qualified referral from us. This compensation does not affect the loan terms, fees, or interest rates you are offered by the lender. Lenders set their own rates and fees in accordance with Ontario lending regulations.

Any fees, interest, or charges related to your loan are determined by the lender and will be disclosed in your loan agreement. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all costs before accepting a loan.

6. Responsible Borrowing

Payday loans are short-term financial products intended for temporary cash needs. We encourage you to borrow responsibly and only what you can afford to repay. Before taking out a payday loan, consider:

• Whether you have a stable income to repay the loan on time
• The total cost of the loan, including interest and fees
• Whether alternative financing options may be more suitable
• Your ability to meet the repayment deadline

7. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our service to:

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or lenders

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access and referral, and may expose you to legal liability.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, and governing law—shall remain in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15. Severability

The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and GTA Payday Loans regarding your use of our service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
